shipping & Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase at Vi Galerie. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 7 days after receiving your package. We will then offer you a credit note valid for one year.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vigalerie.com We will confirm your return request by e-mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the return fees.

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If the return is approved, you will receive a personal promo code with a credit note equal to the amount of the return.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or faulty in any way, or if you receive the wrong item. Once assessed, we will happily exchange it, offer a refund, or allow a store credit.
Please note the need to keep all original packaging. We will arrange the collection if needed.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at info@vigalerie.com within 48 hours of placing the order with us. We will confirm your cancellation by e-mail and a full refund will be issued to your credit card. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund. If we are not informed of the cancellation within 48 hours of the date you placed the order, we will not accept the cancellation.

This exchange or return policy is not applicable to made-to-order items, custom made products, promotional or sale items.
