In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or misdelivered, please
contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
Please note that it is not our policy to replace lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend having packages delivered to a secure location where someone can receive them. Should you choose to waive the signature requirement with the carrier, we are not liable for items that have been misdelivered. We always advise being present for the delivery and inspecting packages before signing.
