FAQS
All Letters from Santa will be delivered during the Christmas week (December 16 — 22). If you'd like the letter to be sent sooner, please contact us.
We currently only ship Letters from Santa within Hong Kong. However, if you’re traveling for Christmas or you want to make a surprise for someone outside of town, you are welcome to order a Letter and then mail it yourself.
This is currently not possible, but we are developing the service in the future.
Not at this time since our letters are designed to be personalized for each individual child to create a magical experience. For siblings, one letter must be ordered for each child.
You can add up to 4 letters per order. If you wish to get more letters, please place another order.
We have three outlines for letters, so you can choose different messages for your kids.
Yes, the same letter is sent to girls and boys.

We work very diligently to ensure all letters are mailed out well before Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping as we rely on the Hong Kong Post service for delivery.
